European coverge today

Can anyone explain what this means on the BBC website regarding today's European SJ coverage
"European Showjumping Championships, 12:05 & 14:05 BBC Red Button (Connected TV only) "
What does Connected TV mean?
When I look on channel 301 it says there is hockey on later.

Will be able to at least watch it online?

Are there more red button channels available for TV with a phone connection than those that just have freesat type connection via a dish?

It means you won't get it on free view but will on sky/virgin etc

On the bbc website it says (if I'm reading correctly) 12.05 pm online and 14.05 pm red button, so should be on at that time

I think the first round has finished and the second round will be starting soon, so hopefully if you try the link again soon it will work

Go Scott - 4th now. Internet is ok'ish- keeps cutting out at crucial moments for a couple of seconds but better than paying for FEI! Agree poor show by BBC - is it on red button yet?
