European Grading System for SJ

Does anyone know the European grading system for European SJ? The heights of the classes? e.g. how high is Class S?

As far as I know, each country has its own system.

No idea if it varies by country but in Switzerland it would be 1.40

R1/L1 1 metre
R2/L2 1.10
R3/M1 1.20
R4/M2 1.30
S 1.40
