yeah but the article in that link isnt correct because I know for a fact that Jeroen Dubbledam isnt jumping on the dutch team and it says he is alongside albert zoer so maybe its not completely right.....
The article is not well written, but while the Dutch like the French and Germans have announced their chosen teams, these do not need to be made official till next Friday. If any injuries or illness affects the chosen team before then, they can "upgrade" one of their nominations to replace whichever has to be left out.
