Even My Pets A Porker - ridiculous!

This has just been on Animal Planet.
If you don't know, it's a show where two experts come in to help people who are overweight and their animals.

So this woman is saying she'd hate to have her horse be ill, or have health problems.

She regularly feeds him chocolate cake, jelly sweets and lollipops!!

AND she knows he has a history of arthritus and laminitus.
What an idiot! lol. His test results showed he was in the early stages of damaged liver, and had low white blood cell count.

To be fair, her and her husband both lost weight, and the horse lost 50kilos in 6 weeks.
She's changed what she feeds him, but i don't see why anyone would feed a horse sweets and cake regularly

Talking of mint sweets, I made the mistake of giving mine a softmint the other day. She was chewing and chewing and chewing for aaaages.

She doesn't so much get given titbits as just help herself to crusts, juice bottles and fingers whenever they're in close proximity.

Its not a natural food for a horse - can you see them going into Asda and buying one
