I've not been very well over the weekend, so put our 2 horses out in a smaller field with more grass. After about 1 hour there was a knock on the door, the farmer from the top of our lane came asking are these horses on the lane yours??

Our 22 year old KS, TB x and my 4 year old cob had gone through the electric fence then jumpped the wall (Knocking some down) to go play on the road!!! Both were fine, no cuts no lamness but still, the older one should know better!!

You would think they would be happier in a field full of grass, compered with the water logged mud hole that they are no in!!

Did they have cheeky grins on their faces when you caught them?

I bet it's the older one leading the younger one astray. My oldy does with the babies in her field - leads them on full belt gallops around the field, usually when I'm trying to catch, they'll learn bad habits from her I'm sure!
