Hello *waves*

Am starting riding again after a few years' break (fell off, lost confidence) and am looking after an 11 y/o 15.2 cob. He's an adorable gent in the stable, but he has a spook in him, which I've been warned about but only mildly* experienced. He also has mallenders & sweet itch and is 6 months into a transition to barefoot. None of which I've come across before so I am on a steep learning curve!

Looking forward to reading all the 'spooky horse' and cob threads....:)

*there was a pigeon.

Cheers! It's just the spook really.

The sweet itch & mallenders are treatable & controlled, the all-new WLD will be too. I'm comfortable dealing with things I can research and understand. I think I might be more afraid of what could happen than what actually will! He's not mean, or intentionally difficult (unlike others on that yard!), he's just a wimp.
