Eventing info for dummies!!!

I am doing GCSE pe and am specifying a large part of my personal trainging program for eventing, my teacher has said that to make sure what i am doing is relevant she needs to know a bit about eventing so could i find her some info!
Only problem is that i dont really know what to give her! any ideas very much appriciated
