When looking at a horses record on the british eventing website there is something called TOTAL FP. Can someone please enlighten me as to what this is.

i asked this the other week!

i think the reply was foundation points ! :)

hope that helps a bit lol!

foundation points are something new this year I think they apply to be90 and be100 ike novice and above if your horse goes double clear it gets a foundation point ( novice you get a be point not sure about above as havn't got there ) and if placed a you get fp corresponding to your place.
I think unlike eventing points you cannot get too many fp and have to move up a level and not be able to compete be90 or be100 but if selling a horse they would prove useful
not sure if that helps or if you were not already aware, but just incase :)
