Eventing - remind me! Fitbit and medical armband?

Having not BE'd for a while, am I allowed to wear my fitbit throughout? I always do and thought it might be interesting to see how my heart rate changes for the XC

And am I right that BE changed the rules so the medical armband isnt needed anymore? Replies ASAP appreciated as event is tomorrow and Im on crack of dawn (ugh!)

Yes you can wear your fitbit however as it records the hoofbeats as well as your own steps, it totally skews your step count. Have a great day!

Medical armband no longer compulsory, I still wear mine, have interesting medical history that would affect certain treatments so I want it known!!!!!
