Every day gloves

Can anyone recommend some good gloves for every day around the yard (suitable for riding in too)?

I've tried pretty much everything I can and I still get frozen, painful fingers. Even leather gloves don't really seem to help.

Help, I am worried my fingers might drop off

Seriously, it makes it really difficult to actually do anything on the yard because they're so cold and sore!

Tesco do flece gloves for £1 a pair - the warmest hardest-wearing gloves I've found! Wear them for everything and they wash up really well too!

sealskinz bulky ones (not pimple ones) are very good. not perfect, but very good. my fingers get a little cold after an hour's hack in the freezing weather, but the rest of the time they're fine.

I have some Horka leather gloves they are lined with fleece and so far have kept me nice and warm. Got some Woof wear Trail rider gloves but to be honest they are just too thick to do most things with and I find them much to thick to ride in more like a ski glove and really expensive too would be better to just get some normal ski gloves! Tesco do a good range at the moment!

Funny you should say Tesco...just bought some fleece lined leather Tesco gloves and so far so good!

I know some people swear by a pair of latex examination (

) gloves under normal gloves to provide a warm layer.
