I have not had my electric on most of the winter becasue the deep snow had a lot of the fence buried so it was shorting out. I have panel wire fencing so they are still held in. I just use the hot rope to keep them from leaning on the fences.
The last few days have been very warm and a lot of snow is melting so I decided to go around and dig out the fencing to turn the elec back on.
Thing is, I forgot to tell the horses when I plugged it in
*devil grin* They had become accustomed to leaning on it and even chewing it on occasion.
Well today within second all three horses soon realised that the fence was on again! Am I eveil that I wanted to see one of them "get it" to make sure it was working properly after all my work?
I could not find my fence tester
I soon saw three get it!
well? At least they know it is on now?
