Evo Equine wide stirrup leathers

Hi does any own the Evo Equine wide non stretch stirrup leathers. I ordered a pair which came yesterday one side is not covered in leather showing the nylon non stitch material, making them very stiff. I wonder if they will soften over time. They look lovely but unsure to keep them or not.

I've got the ebay knock offs. They are definitely more stiff than normal leathers, but theres no nylon to be seen. Mine were about £60 I think. The quality is excellent. so I'd send them back.

Slightly confused how covering in leather both sides would make less stiff. But if they aren’t what you expected I’d send back.
