So does anybody have any suggestions? Anythings worth a try!
And yes she IS fit!
Any replies appreciated!!!! - Thanks!!

Take her out on her own. All the time- never with anyone else. Just keep her facing away from home, and if she tanks you then keep her going and take her past the people. Lol- I sound awful, but it works. Make her decision to bolt your decision to gallop and taker her past them.

Well i cant get her to go anywhere on her own unless its what SHE wants to do. She will just stop and stand there and refuse to move untill some one actaully walks infront of her.
Because she has been on lead rein pretty much all her life so im trying to break the habbit!

Okay, I had this with my daughter's pony.

To sort it I lunged him, LOTS, and long reined too.

It's a hard habit to break, but determination and understanding will work wonders.
She'll need a small determined rider to get the best from her.
When people break in lead rein ponies they don't often break them in as we would a normal riding horse, ie no lungeing, no long reining and not really teaching them to go off of the leg and seat.
You may find you have to look on her as an unbroken pony, and go back to scratch. Lunge, long rein and teach the aids. It CAN be done (I've done it with shetlands) it just takes time.
