Ex racehorse database

Last night i came across and started to fill out a form to help compiling a database of living ex racehorses. It also had a passport amnesty so owners could send in passports that were not up to date- owner detail wise and have them done free of charge (think it was just a certain first number of applicants)
I thought at the time it was a good idea but didn't have my pass port with me so stopped and now i can't find it! Any Ideas?
I can't even think if it were a jockey club/weatherbys or what.

It will be Weatherbys passport if British or Irish bred. Do you have a scan of it anywhere. I’ve got one saved for when I need to get info for memberships etc. Hope you find it. It will be where you left it
