i have a 6 year old ex racer horse nt been ridden in 3 years well raced just been trimmed very foot sore im having james ern coming on wends she is very short on the bk leg but there is no heat swelling etc. Cud this be due 2 foot sore or bruised hoof or absess coming xx

I would think with the small amount of information given, she might be foot sore, she might improve with shoes. Some TBs have flat feet and as she has just been trimmed she is more than likely feeling the ground. Please OP dont type in text speak if you want to be taken seriously on this forum.

Try her with shoes on, id imagine shes foot sore. My yard is full of TB's including ones that race I don't know any of them that are in work with no shoes on, Tb's can suffer from very flat feet too
