Trippy’s first beach trip was a success
After a bit of genuine confusion as to what to do with himself when we first got onto the beach, he settled and gave me some beautiful work
It was so lovely to open him up and have a blast!! As always his breaks were 100% and he didn’t get wound up or stupid when ‘racing’ others!
My friends ex racer did the exact same thing when he went to the beach(not with us) but he just suddenly stopped, as if star struck. Planted and completely dead to the leg. Nothing I could do would make him go forward. Had to get someone on the ground to take the reins and lead for about 2 strides(literally) then we were away…
It’s almost as if he was like, oh ok you’ve given me a job to do and I need to go forwards… let’s do some schooling! No problems after that.
Racing mentality I guess!
