They replaced mine because it was rapidly losing charge and not lasting even an hour from a full charge. Then the new one did the same and it turned out to be a faulty charging cable so they replaced that.

Great customer service but I don't really like the DC1, it's too heavy and bulky. I prefer my little clip on Muvi cameras.

The charging port on my DC1 hat cam came loose and was rattling around inide the camera.

Emailed Techalogic and asked if I could send it back for repair. Within 24 hours of them receiving it, they confirmed it was faulty and are sending me a new camera.

Fantastic company and a really good product!
this exact thing has just happened to mine! how long did it take between you contacting them about the issue to you receiving a new camera?
