About 6 months ago I purchased a new saddle from The Saddle Company (TSC) to be Kaspers 'life time' saddle.

However a couple of weeks ago I noticed it appeared to be wearing quite badly already (I suspect a bad batch of leather perhaps). I contacted TSC who asked me to return it to my saddle fitter. Which I did.

I got a phone call a few days later from the saddle fitter saying she had taken it back in to the master saddler who felt the saddle wasn't overly worn......but....

As a gesture of good will he would replace the saddle with a brand new one.

Honestly wasnt expecting to get a new one, dont know what I was expecting actually, but was really impressed with the professionalism and customer support shown by TSC.

With all the negatives about companies I just wanted to share a good experience.
 
That is lovely to hear. Well done TSC. Have to admit I love my Event sadly by them - have had it over a year and looks good, despite being only leather covered and with a suede seat.
