We often talk about poor service but I want to tell you about the amazing customer service I've just had from Ariat.
I needed a new zip for my chaps (following a chewing incident with a puppy) and emailed them to ask if they had a repair service. They replied the next day to say they don't do repairs but asked for details of the zip I needed so I could get them repaired locally. I emailed them on Friday with the zip's size details and a zip arrived on Saturday, free of charge!
Exceptional customer service that I wanted to share with everyone.
