I took the advice of many of you on here and started to look for a new place to keep Mollie, and I heard about somewhere which I'm going to see this afternoon.

It's much further from my house, more expensive and full at present BUT.... it has MILES of off road riding, all year turnout, a floodlit outdoor arena and an indoor school! Plus I've just had a chat with the owner and she's lovely. Really kind about my situation.

I'm going to meet her and have a look round later. If all goes well, I'll go on her waiting list. Then, who knows? :)

Sounds good, and I think full livery will be really helpful for you and mollie as you work shifts. It also means that there is always someone around to help with feeding queries etc. I find the staff on the yard I am at such a bonus, if nothing else just to reassure you!

In a lot of ways I'll be very sad if I leave the farm we're at now. The farmer and his wife are fantastic people and I love the place. But now winter's here the lack of winter turnout and offroad riding are proving to be a problem.

It'll still be DIY I think, or partly anyway. I have to discuss terms with the owner yet. I doubt I can afford true full livery.
