I have a Newmarket exercise sheet that I use out hacking but recently changed to a close contact single flap saddle and it doesn't seem to stay put underneath any more. I used to put it on first then the numnah and then fold the front corner back up between the saddle flaps, running under the girth straps so I could get my leg on the horse not the sheet. Unfortunately that doesn't work with the single flap saddle and the sheet slipped about today. Can anyone give me any advice? I will get another exercise sheet, like a wraparound one, if need be, but this is my ex-racehorse's old racing sheet and we are sort of attached to it...

I use a wraparound sheet or a waterproof normal sheet under my close contact. The 1st 1 fits best, but both have to go between the saddle and the cloth.

Polypad do a exercise sheet and normal polypad in 1, the are amazing as you have to use 1 thing and are fab with monoflap saddles and dont move i have galloped and even jumped horses in them!!
