exercise sheet fleece question

Bought a fleecy ex sheet the other week for my mare, its really rather large and quite long at the sides, am thinking it maybe a wrap around rider type one as it has a hole for the saddle and velcro bit at the withers and a fillet string.......i used it under the saddle but it didnt seem right?
Is it a wrap around your legs one then? i hope so

I would say that it is probably one that goes over your thighs and attatches at the front of your saddle. So what you do is put it on after putting on your saddle, get on and then fasten it over. What I sometimes do is just put the sides under the saddle flaps if I think they may get in the way and then attatch at the front of the saddle. Hope this helps!

I use the wrap around ones under the saddle - I wouldn't feel safe with it wrapped over my legs, I don't want to think what would happen if I fell off. Sorry not much help.

Same views as me rudolph_bum13! I tend to keep it under the saddle although I think the velcro would probably come undone in the event of a fall I wouldn't risk it seeing as I seem to come off quite a lot at the mo!
