exercises for improving balance (horse's)

Hi,
What sort of exercises would you recommend to improve a horse's overall balance?
Im just im the process of fetching my (only just-1st Oct) 5yo back into work after some time of to mature & a bout of lami. Im doing the usual circles, serpentines, changes of rein/gaits, etc but would like to hear what other exercises you lot use improve their balance. Shes much worse on the right rein, & more balanced in the trot than walk

I'd add in some pole work, increasing and decreasing the lenght between poles slightly so the horse has to think about where he's putting his feet. Also a lot of transitions should help improve balance, incorporate them into your circles and serpentines.
