I really need some help with some exercises I can do. She's fine out on hacks, off my leg, working in an outline and jogging with excitement but back home she just switches off. Even when I'm jumping her, and she loves jumping!!, she doesn't go forwards enough and I have to keep after her just to get her into the jump.

I'm soo used to riding forward, fizzy ponies so it's a bit of a shock for me. What can I do?

Including transitions within the pace - i.e. small walk then big walk and small trot then big trot, it doesn't have to be perfect just a noticable difference. Lots of transitions should help her listen to your aids and engage the hind leg more. Also make sure she is straight, my instructor has a big thing about this - effectively if the horse isn't straight the power can't be transferred from front to back.

And i'm sure someone else will say this at some point - have a few lessons with an instructor, oh and the typical check teeth/back etc, if you are asking her to work harder in the school than when out hacking any discomfort will be more pronounced than when out hacking.

Good luck :)
