Anyone tried or used one? Anyone seen them in action, especially in the event of a rotational fall?

What do you think of them, would you buy one? Why?

l have one,l used it all year eventing,when l first saw one l thought l would hate wearing it,but within wearing it for about 5 minutes l didnt notice it and going xc in it does not feel any different to my old 'ordinary'one! There is a video on their web site with someone wearing one and having a rotational fall,horse landing right on top of her and she just gets up and walks away

its not a guarantee,but my thoughts were why not wear one!

Eventersrus - have you come off in yours at all? If so do you feel the "cage" as you hit the ground? How tight and adjustable is it?

Shouldnt really say this but here goes fingers crossed touch wood,no l have not fallen off in mine YET!! lt is adjustable around the sides and also on the shoulders,and l guess it feels as tight as any other body protector

It does look very complicated to remove in an emergency, not helpful if there is a need to stop bloodloss perhaps.

TBH l dont think it would take any longer to undo than an ordinary one. It undoes just the same

Oh ok, just read the emergency removal instructions and the bit about opening the allen key pocket with knife or scissors really sounded complicated.
