Expected adult height query!

I'm considering buying a welsh d foal, hes 7 months and 23 days, and standing at 11.3hh
parents are 15hh and 15.1
Looking at some posts suggest he won't make 14.2 which is the minimum height I need.
I cant get hands on yet.

what do people think he will approximate?

Think it’s hard to say at 6 months, if parents are both over 15hh I think it’s likely he’ll be 14.2+, our Irish Draught was 12.3hh at 6 months and matured at 16.3hh
