Experience of loaning to professional yard????

H there, never ever loaned any of my babies out before but may have to consider for a short term at the mo , couldnt possibly advertise any of them as I d have to know word of mouth and recommended etc However to cut a long story short, Grove Stables in Kirklevington is now ran by Jeb de Jong and they may be interested in loaning one of mine , any feedback , thoughts advice re yard and owner ???? and also any advice if i pursue a short term loan agreement what i can / should / shouldnt ensure etc - still not 100% i'll do it but appears to be nice yard and people , local professional etc Thanks
