I had the vet out to sedate for physio yesterday, and over the last few visits we have been monitoring a small raised lump that has appeared on the left side of her back, directly under where the panel of her saddle is. It's been fine, hasn't grown or changed, she is completely unfazed by it, but we're pretty sure it's another sarcoid (she has one on her stifle).
He's suggested options being surgery to cut it out, if the surgeon thinks the skin would stretch, or Liverpool cream. Both seem to have pros and cons? I think I'd prefer surgery if possible as I think she'd find Liverpool cream too traumatic. Where it is located it will put her out of action for a while, has anyone experienced similar, I know the rehab time for the surgery would be less than the Liverpool cream purely on the basis that it's gone immediately.
