hey dont upset yourself ok, hes still young and i agree with rambo
hopefully they will sort him out for you
hes young enough to be started properly and youve addressed the error --

hopefully the lady that started him will be well

but now there nothing better than a proffesional with credentcials
and proven producers

so good luck --and stay positive he will be fine

Unfortunately Valerie Light cannot take in due to no space or manpower, but I am checking a place out tonight with Mum. Its called Rowebuck Stud near Uckfield.

I have spoken to the guy there and he said that he would be able to tell if this was just a one off thing and he is fine or if maybe he might turn into something that is too much for me... All being well there will be a space at the stud as of tomorrow, so hopefully I could get him over there straight away.

Elliott Rowe is a great guy, and breaks and produces loads of very good horses too

I'm really sorry to hear you are having such problems! One day this will all be behind you. He is one stunning specimin of a horse - absolutely love him! I do hope the rider heals quickly - maybe she will consier wearing a body protector next time she attempts cantering on a baby. You can't be blamed for anything that happened. You are simply trying your best for him - as would any caring owner. Having a horse is often a vertical learning curve, let alone when it is a youngster. Good luck and do keep us updated!

If you are still looking for a trainer I can recommend Georgie Strutton. She has a very professional yard just outside Guildford. She has backed and produced young horses as well as ridden very successfully at top level - she won the Young Showjumper of the Year last year and from what I have seen - doesn't make a bad job. She is a very nice person and very approachable. I don't have her number, but she had a big ad in Horse Deals (Sept issue) or try the BSJA.
