Today my 17 yr old, Welsh Sec B mare has been diagnosed with above. She is lame on the front right. My vet has advised 2 weeks bute, gentle in hand exercise but 3 months off work, then reveiw in the spring. I feel quite happy with this, but would welcome any extra ideas. Many thanks.
