About 8 moths ago my horse bruised his extensor tendon on his hind right leg. He had shock wave therapy and the vet gave it the all clear. He was left with a half golf sized scar tissue but recently it has swollen up slightly and there is a bit of heat in it. If I were to take him out his table and trot he would be hopping lame but if we're to walk his for 10 mins or so he would be a bit better. He is fine in walk trot canter ect exept in trot on the right rein which he seems to drag his leg slightly and is a bit lame if I trot him in a tight circle. He 19 years old (mentally 4 might I add) do do you think it might be stiffness ? I know the obvious answer is to phone the vet but as I'm still paying off his £900 vet bill the wont come out. So any advice would be appreciated. I would say in like in a month or so that I would have payed it of so if I'm still having problems I will get them out then
Thanks
