ours is DIY and we are encouraged to exchange favours rather than paying for extras but YO will do things if we're really stuck. She'll check them in the field for nothing in the summer as she's checking on hers anyway so this is winter only:
Turning out / bringing in is £1.50 (very few of us tend to change rugs, we leave them in their tunouts overnight)
A full day's care (so turning out, mucking out, bringing in, feeding, rearanging rugs etc) is £10
The school and lights are included but we get into trouble (rightly so!) if we leave them on.
We pay £2 a day in winter for ad-lib haylage and can buy shavings from the yard but most of us buy in bulk more cheaply as we're lucky to have lots of storage.
We can store trailers / lorries for nothing too.
