EXTRA long side reins?

I've got several pairs of standard FS side reins but for one particular horse these are simply too short. He's big. I'm currently modifying them with bits of baler twine

but wondered if there are longer ones out there? If so, who makes 'em?

Your local saddler could make you a pair easy enough - We use Gibsons in Newmarket (they will do mail order stuff too) to do any extra size stuff.

try lungee bungee instead - fully adjustable and on longest setting is long enough for long necked 18hh wb.

i am cheap and use leg straps from rugs
- these tend to be quite long (long enough for my 17.1hh 3yro with a huge giraffe neck!)

You could try getting a pair of driving reins - they come in all different sizes. I'm sure if they can make them long enough for carriage driving, they make them long enough for you
