When I was up at the Highland show last month, one of the stand was selling extra small-holed haynets. They were even smaller-holed than haylage nets. It looked as if it was double netted

I stupidly didn't get any and I need some new ones for the winter.

Has anyone seen any or can they remember seeing them at the Highland show?

Thanks in advance.

I have the big haynets with fairly small holes, however when the hay is short it gets eaten very quickly. So I've recently been putting a net inside another net, slows the rate of eating right down!

I use those haynets from Parell products and they are brilliant...just like a double haynet but so much easier to fill than messing around with two together. It slows my greedy welshie down too...well worth getting one.

It was the Elim A Net, I was on the stand it was on, Grange Saddlery. There are a few stockists in Scotland now, as well as it being available online. Hope that helps

Thanks for link JJ1987 - I'd spotted an article in one of the horse mags months ago. Only a phone number listed. Tried for days but couldn't get an answer. Lost the ad eventually. But I followed the link last night and have ordered 2 nets for my 2 porky rescue shetlands. Should be delivered in a day or two. Result!!!!

Would it possibly be the Elim-A-Net which does the job of two haynets inside one another?

I've heard this is good for those who want nets that horses can't eat as much through
Hope this helps

hey :)
my friend had this net for her horse, it was good at first but eventually her horse just ended up pulling at the the black string which makes the net small and therfore making the holes bigger she wasnt impressed with the net
