argh just had a lesson for the first time in 6 months, and it was only half hour!! but anyway i was not too bad the day after, but quite stiff and sore (weds) but now im in some serious pain i dont kno whether to laugh or cry!! every time i sit still for more than 5 mins all my tendons/muscles on the inside of my thighs seem to shrink and tighten up loads, and it doesnt seem to be getting much better!!!!!!!! (im sure it will but just needed to vent my pain!!!!! lol)
i think my problem was i was gripping the whole lesson (due to my very poor balance), and i didnt get to do much walking!
i tried some deep heat, but i dont think it goes deep enough!! maybe a hot water bottle....
any tips??
