Does anyone know who makes fly rugs in 7'9 or where you can get over reach boots bigger than xxxl? Asking for a friend who's had no luck & currently has her horse in a rug that's too small because it's the biggest she could find. Shes tried the big horse shop & ruggles but hes such a big lad.

I have 2 large drafts and the above have all been used by myself of reccomended.

Ruggles HH range are very deep. My girls are 7'3 for most rugs atleast but I am sure they would fit 7'0 in the HH range due to the depth - I haven't tried this theory yet though.

Another recommendation for Big Horse Shop and Ruggles. Our 18 hand big built shire has 7' 6" the others 7' 3". Fly masks are made by Shires and are the extra full deluxe style with good eye clearance.
 
A quick search has thrown up a couple of places that do made to order fly rugs. However they don't indicate that they can make them 7'9". The drop down menus only go up to 7'. That could be an issue with the size of fabric available for their design. It might be worth contacting them just to ask as they may not have expected to make one that big before.
