Ezzy's First Foal

Dakota foaled last night and had a lovely bouncy colt sired by my lovely Ezzy. As yet he has no name. He is a cute little critter. This picture was taken with his Mother Dakota at 15 hours old. He still has that pointy deer-face and has very long legs - I think he is going to be bigger than his mother. He has a cute blaze, two stockings and two socks and some small white markings up his bottom. Dakota's owner is thrilled to bits with him and Dakota had an uneventful and unattended birth.

I'm going to go back in a week's time to see what he looks like proper.
