can someone tell me if they are good for adding condition aswell as making them Mr Sheen shiney?

Bert has dropped weight over winter and although I don't really want him to gain a lot of weight i certainly don't want him any lighter, do you think they would help?

yes,jay had lost a lot of condition & they are helping him lots

black sunflower seeds,they help condition/coat/feet.

i feed 1 mug per feed & you can see the difference in a short time

anywhere that sells large bags of bird feed has them
