I have been using this online feed merchants for over a year now and never had a problem. I buy all my hard feed from them and also my mare's 'special' marksway hi fibre haylage and timothey haylage. The rest of the horses are fed on my large bale haylage from Baillie. This time I had ordered her 10 hi fibre and 5 timothy bales. So I was a little annoyed when I found that my five timothy haylage bales had been replaced in error by the normal rye grass haylage. I couldn't use that for my lami prone mare, and in addition, the timothy haylage which I had paid for is around 35p a bale more expensive. So I rang them. They phoned back very apologetically, and said they would get the five timothy bales out to me by Monday and I could keep the rye grass free of charge! I will feed this to a couple of the other horses that don't have weight or lami issues. So just thought I'd tell you guys about it as always found them reliable to deal with and this excellent customer service deserves a mention! :)
 
That's really good, and nice of you to give praise where praise is due.

I must admit much more aware of good customer service these days, poor service really annoys me now. I think I've turned into a grumpy old git.

Yes, they helped me when I asked if they stocked unmollassed oat straw. Said they were getting some in and a few days later it was there on their website.

I have used them but not this year as we have a bad ttack of mice. I have always found them to be competative and the delivery quick. If you have them on a regular basis the lorry drivers get to know you and there office rings to ask when you want it delivered

Yes it's good when you have a regular lorry driver as they know just where you want it putting and where to turn around.
