I had my first lesson with him yesterday, and all I can say is he is fantastic. He got my counter canter problem sorted in a few minutes. I'm going back on 25, I'm really looking forward to it.

Too far for me unfortunately. My trainer cannot do lessons until after the sunshine tour, so thats Mid march. Was thinking about doing a couple of one offs with someone else.

He does training sessions away from his place too. have helped a friend at his clinics at Wix equestrian centre. he is a very nice bloke! did he check whether Corroy was a sugar lump pony or a polo pony?

Bossy normally gets a sugar lump AND a polo.... special pony.....

lol, he is a really nice person isn't he? I watched my instructor's lesson with him a couple of years ago, I learnt loads just by watching! And if you ever have to make tea for him, he likes it "like gnat's pee darling please"!!

Wish I could afford some lessons with him!

John is fab. He's just down the road from me and has visted our yard many times. Some of his staff keep their horses at our yard.
I have weekly lessons with Sam Buckley. Sam was trained by John and has her horses at his yard.
