Fab service from Feedmark!

Please note, i am not connected with the company in anyway apart from being a customer :).

I just wanted to say what a fabulous service Feedmark online are giving! Ordered two vitamin e + selium supplements and a tub of garlic late sunday night, not only is it buy 3 get the 3rd free, but it will be here tomorrow! Ive saved rought £20 off my order, result!

In this day and age, this isnt monet to be sniffed at, and with so many threads regarding poor customer service, i thought i would post a positive one.

Give yourself a pat on the back Feedmark!

I've not had one single problem with them, they are one of the best companies around, and they still deliver free to NI (which considering some companies think NI is adjacent to the moon and charge postage accordingly, is fantastic :D).
 
Free to NI is unheard of rowrach! :O

I just got a text today reminding me my deliveyr is due between 1:15pm and 2:15pm and even named my driver. :D

Its the small little things that customers love about the companies...not just the prices!
 
I posted a very similar type of comment about them a few months ago, they really are fantastic!

I did the 'introduce a friend' thing, so got a £10 voucher and friend got a free tub of benevit with their first order over £25... now when her order arrived they'd sent a 1kilo tub, when the offer states 5kilo tub. I dropped them a quick email to ask which is right, to which they responded it should have been 5kilos, and on my friends next order they would make sure she gets the 5kilo tub, in addition to the 1kilo tub... and they were as good as their word!

Really really really rate them!

On a slightly separate note, think i was just reading a testimonial i believe was from you OP on the Dengie website!
 
I used to use them. I've only stopped as neither of my boys need suplements. If they ever do I'd go straight to feedmark.
I'm usless at remembering to order stuff so the free next day delivery is fantastic for me ;) :p :D :D

Yep :D Thats Dee! Many years ago now though! (think its about 4-5 years!)
