does anyone here understand facebook and, more precisely, the wall...can just anyone write anything about you on it or can you turn that option off so only your own posts go on the wall? i am very confused by the social networking thing and could do with some help....
 
I don't understand Facebook myself, but you may get a better response if you post this in the Soapbox, or the Common Room !!
 
On Facebook only the friends you have added can see your wall, the same applies to your Profile or Home page....only added friends can view them......

You and me both! My God daughter put me onto this and I am totally and utterly confused....an age thing I think???

no not true, it depends on your privacy settings, you can have it so you dont appear in searches, and only your friends can see, or you can have it so the world and his oyster can see what you have been up to
