Fair price for WOW saddle?

Looking for a 2nd hand WOW saddle...found one selling for around £1300, has only been used a handful of times and seems to be in brilliant condition.

Do you think this is a fair price?
It is a X Country seat.

My sister has a wow- x country, and she wants considerably less than that! Although hers is a few years old, it's not been used much due to horse injury, I suppose it's only worth what someone is willing to pay, but I bought a second hand wow a while back and it was less than that in brilliant condition. Make an offer maybe?!

Wow saddles almost never sell over £1000 on eBay.

I have regularly bought on ebay for £500-£700 in excellent condition

I spoke to the woman, it has only been used twice as sadly the horse it was bought for (as new) had to be pts.

I have made an offer of £1000 and waiting for her to get back to me.
