FAL rugs for bigger horses

I am watching one on Ebay! My horse fits a 6'6 if its on the bigger side- like Rambo or 6'9 if not.
How do Fal rugs come up size wise?

My friend always preferred Fal for her wide welsh cobs, she felt they were roomier in the shoulders. I have to say the only Fal rug I bought, fell to pieces really easily and my horse was NOT hard on her rugs. I am a Horseware fan.

My horse's fal rugs are all 6'6" - same as his rambos. However, they are the older fal rugs; I have heard from a few people that the newer ones are not great quality and come up a bit snug.

ah, thats interesting! My horse is THE rug destroyer!
