hunts around here dont charge, they are grateful for the "food" for the hounds.

It normally varys from hunt to hunt. It also depends on size and if it can be fed etc.
But your looking at £150 - £350.

hunts here wont pick up sheep- horses are favourite then cattle.We dont collect as we dont feed flesh.

Down here, I think it varies as to the circumstances. When I had a horse pts by the hunt, I gave them a donation (it was up to me how much). When I have lost a horse and pony under tragic and unexpected circumstances - money wasn't mentioned.

I think this service by the hunt doesn't get enough recognition.
