False Alarm!!

Well my girl is still with me! She was nearly ready to leave, i was just about to start putting travelling gear on and the transport company rang up and said they had problems with the horse already on board so couldn't pick my girl up!
I had worked myself up into a frenzy all day and even had to stop and buy chocolate on the way to the yard cos i was shaking so much!! I had also bought Fanta a bag of carrots as a "goodbye present", she still managed to get those out of me!! so now i will have to buy more carrots and more chocolate!! Oh well, you can never plan with horses have to wait to hear when she can be picked up next!

Oh no, I sold my mare last Saturday and think I would have found it very hard to have said my goodbyes and then for her to be delayed

I guess at least you have her for a little longer though

Hiya, yeah she is going out on permanent loan to a lady in Cornwall to be used for breeding. I wanted to do it myself but living in Kent it is just so expensive to keep two at livery and no where really has the facilities for little ones!!
