My mate had a grey and we painted it to look like a Zebra.

I have also seen a kids pony done like a unicorn.

As I work for the NHS I dressed up as a nurse and horse was the ambulance, complete with blue light on top of her head!! Sorry no photos that I can upload.

Friend dressed as a sack and dressed pony up as father christmas....complete with 4 black wellies held on with straps over horses body hidden by father crmbo suit.
By the time we had entered arena the four boots had turned in different directions

This is Magnus the dragon! It was dragon day on the estate and every department had to make a dragon and people would vote on the best, we, obviously, won! He stayed in his box most of the day with a sign outside saying something like "Magnus is a 170 year old 3/4 Shire, Dragon and is very freindly but has been occasionally been known to blow flames!"
