Fancy dress ideas??

Hi, I am planning to take my girlie to a Christmas show and enter her into the fancy dress catagory the theme is pantomime characters! I have a bay cob any ideas?? Thanks xx

I don't know how on earth you would do this.. but as the whole 'pantomime horse' thing is common, you should try and turn her into an equine pantomime human.. you could go as a horse.. I would find that hilarious, might be difficult but where there's a will, there's a way!

Hmmm How good is the pony ? If she is really good dress as cinderella and then get two big pieces of cardboard and make them look like wheels and put sparkly silver tinsel on everything

I love fancy dress, So far I am unbeaten at pony club

Depending on your beliefs the nativity could class as pantomime! I went as Mary and dressed my 16.3 hh ISH as a donkey at our RC fancy dress SJ

You as sleeping Beauty and horse as a bed (just cover in a quilt?)
You as beauty and horse as a beast?
You as Dick Whittington and horse as a cat?
You as Captain Hook and horse as the crocodile

Cinderella both before and after, one half rags and one half ball gown? The horse could be dressed similarly, with fancy exercise sheet one side and sacking the other, you could carry that on with leg wraps etc. You as peter pan in green and the horse as Tinkerbell (much glitter) and wings attached to the saddle. Horse as Dick Whittington and you as the cat?

Pirate?? Quite simple, but I think would look really good! You could wear a pirate costume, and somehow get a toy parrot to sit over horses shoulder?? Dont know how this would work but you never know..
