were goig to a show and we have to do the fancy dress we have some ideas...
chavs, clowns, gangsters or cowboys
anything better any good ideas for these themes or just which one is best
by the way theres two of us im on a grey pony and my friend is on a bay or palimino

I would go with Indians, face paint, rope halter, carpet/western type pad to sit on and your outfits.
 
hhhmmm we were trying to do it without having to buy loads of stuff and you cant buy any of that round here and too late off buy off net
any other ideas guys X
 
Laughed at the idea of chavs. you could used face paint or kids paint to put burbarry stripes on the ponies and then its just you two to dress up. Wouldn't do cowboy theme unless really well done as judge would have seen lots of others at previous shows to compare yours too.

Another idea which is cheap and really easy to do is polo players. Matching polo shirts/ colours (Primark men's) and brooms for you and your friend. Colour co-ordinated boots and plaited manes and tails for the ponies.

Strong colours and clear ideas work best. Good luck and remember to post pictures

my fav is the chavs but just dont want anyone to think "why are they dressed normally?" hehe my friend has burbarry rugs not sre if we were gonna use them though
we were gonna wear trackkies tucked into white socks, trainers, hoodies, sunglasses, skull cap with silk on backwards, and loads of fake bling on us and the horse
does that sound ok?

Not sure what the judges will think but I think it'd be hilarious :D
 
hehe good i think we would do the chavs then lol dont really care what the judges think
its free to enter and we all get a rosette so hehe
