Reindeer antlers, a bit of harness type stuff and a red nose for the horse, and a Santa suit for you?

Or, the best one I saw, a dyed grey rug over the horse and some fake donkey ears, rider dressed in a robe with a cushion down the front as a very pregnant Mary!

I took a trip to Home Sense yesterday and bought a £15 big red throw with a fluffy white lining - I'm planning to use some D rings and strong webbing to turn it into a Christmassy quarter sheet. Plus a red and white browband, santa hat for me and some red and white rein covers.

...but this is far more imaginative and also very funny. Not sure how well it would work on a 15hh coloured cob, but I guess that would only enhance the comedy value.

I've used red paper table cloths covered in snow (cotton wool) and glitter as exercise sheets before now! Antlers on horse and made rein covers too.

I wore red stretchy jeans, elf jumper, made an elf hat silk cover, and elf socks. Got a pic somewhere...
